Please find attached disclosure under clause 16(b) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 w.r.t application against the Company to intiate CIRP under section 7 of IBC 2016. The alleged claim has already been disputed by the Company and is the subject matter of pending proceedings filed by the Company before the Additional City Civil & Sessions Court Bangalore.
