Please find attached disclosure under Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 w.r.t application filed against the Company to initiate CIRP under Section 7 of IBC 2016.The alleged claim has already been disputed by the Company and is the subject matter of the pending proceedings filed by the Company before Additional City Civil & Sessions Court Bangalore.
