Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed the copies of the notice published in the Business Standard (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) editions today i.e. November 29 2023 in accordance with the IEPF Authority (Accounting Audit Transfer and Refund) Rules 2016 requesting the concerned shareholders to lodge claims in respect of 2nd Interim Dividend for FY 2016-17 that are unclaimed for the last seven years failing which the said dividend and the shares underlying such dividend shall be liable to be transferred to IEPF.
