Chandigarh, Mar 16 (ANI): After the big win in the Punjab Assembly Elections, Bhagwant Mann assumed the office on March 16 as the new Chief Minister of the state in Chandigarh. The oath ceremony was held on the morning of March 16.
New Delhi, March 16 (ANI): Furious over Kapil Sibal's leadership change advice, Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on March 16, strongly retaliated to it and said that Sibal is not used to being out of power. “Kapil Sibal got many advancements because of the Congress party. Things were good when he was a minister in the UPA government, now when UPA is not in power, he is feeling bad,” said Adhir Chowdhury.
New Delhi, March 16 (ANI): Taking the moral responsibility of party's debacle in Uttar Pradesh Assembly Polls, Ajay Kumar Lallu on March 15 resigned from state Congress chief post. “Whatever is the decision of our president will be followed. I take moral responsibility for the defeat and throughout the election, we have fought for issues. We tried to gain the confidence of the voters. In a democracy, the public is almighty and we will try to please them in future,” he added. The decision comes after Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi on March 15 asked the Pradesh Congress Committee presidents of poll-bound states to resign.

New Delhi, Feb 01 (ANI): Al Salvador has adopted Bitcoin but there are still financial stability issues relating to cryptocurrency highlighted by the Reserve Bank of India, Principal Economic Advisor to the Government of India Sanjeev Sanyal said on January 31 and noted that the government will take a ‘balanced view’. “Countries like El Salvador have adopted Bitcoin, but there are still some financial stability issues. RBI highlighted the financial stability impacts of Cryptocurrency and a balanced view on this will be taken,” said Sanjeev Sanyal. Gurdaspur (Punjab), Jan 28 (ANI): A Border Security Force (BSF) jawan sustained bullet injury while resisting armed smugglers in Punjab's Gurdaspur along the India-Pakistan border on January 27. The incident led to the seizure of a huge cache of arms and ammunition. 47 kilograms of Heroin drug was also recovered near the borders.

We gave two more options to him but he rejected first one, and the second option is being discussed with him," said BJP leader Fadnavis.
Kolkata, Jan 19 (ANI): BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari took a dig at West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s upcoming campaign for the Samajwadi Party. “I don’t know how much Samajwadi Party will benefit from CM Mamata Banerjee’s support.
