Former chairman of the prime minister’s economic advisory council, C Rangarajan, today said that the inflation is likely to come down to 10 per cent by December this year.
“Probably by December, inflation will come down to 10 per cent,” said Rangarajan on the sidelines of a Ficci seminar here.
On industrial growth, Rangarajan said that there can be sustained growth in the coming months.
“There is some increase in the index of industrial production (IIP). I think this may continue,” he added.
