Steel prices remain steady in thin trade

Steady conditions prevailed on the local steel and iron market today as prices moved in a narrow range on sluggish demand from construction sector due to adverse weather and settled around previous levels.
Traders said slowdown in constructions activity ahead of the rainy season, mainly kept steel prices steady.
