Nifty November 2015 futures at premium

Turnover rises

The November 2015 futures on the 50-unit CNX Nifty index traded at 8,138.10, at a premium of 26.35 points compared with Nifty's closing of 8,111.75 in the cash market. The October 2015 futures & options (F&O) contracts expired today, 29 October 2015.

Turnover on NSE's F&O segment rose to Rs 5.16 lakh crore from turnover of Rs 4.28 lakh crore registered during previous trading session on Wednesday, 28 October 2015.

In the cash market, the Nifty skidded 59.45 points or 0.73% to settle at 8,111.75, its lowest closing level since 14 October 2015.

Axis Bank, Yes Bank, Tata Motors, ICICI Bank and Dr Reddy's Laboratories were the top traded individual stock futures contracts on the F&O segment of NSE.

Axis Bank November 2015 futures traded at 470.80, at a premium compared with the stock's spot closing of 467.85.

Yes Bank November 2015 futures traded at 746.55, at a premium compared with spot closing of 744.

Tata Motors November 2015 futures traded at 388, at a discount compared with the stock's spot closing of 388.40.

ICICI Bank November 2015 futures traded at 273.65, at a premium compared with the stock's spot closing of 272.75.

Dr Reddy's Laboratories November 2015 futures traded at 4,217, at a premium compared with the stock's spot closing of 4,205.

The November 2015 F&O contracts are set to expire on 26 November 2015.
