Datamatics Global announces cessation of subsidiary

Datamatics Technologies FZ-LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Datamatics Global Services, has completed its de-registration process on August 24, 2025 with Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority Government of Ras Al Khaimah. Accordingly, Datamatics Technologies FZ-LLC has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company with effect from the aforementioned date.
