Smartworks Q2 results: Loss narrows to ₹3 cr, revenue rises 22% to ₹441 cr

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd has narrowed its consolidated net loss to Rs 3.13 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal on higher expenses. Its net loss stood at Rs 15.82 crore in the year-ago period. Total income grew 22 per cent to Rs 441.06 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal from Rs 360.84 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday. With double-digit revenue growth, expanding margins, and a negative net-debt position, Smartworks continues to deliver profitable growth at scale." Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd on Monday said it has taken 8.15 lakh sq ft of office space on rent in Mumbai from Hiranandani Group to establish the biggest managed workspace campus in the world. In a regulatory filing, the company informed that it has signed an agreement to lease over 8,15,000 sq ft at Vikhroli in a project developed by Regalia Office Parks Pvt Ltd, the commercial office division of the Niranjan Hiranandani Group. The facility will be operational in the last quarter of 2026 calendar year. Smartworks currently has six large office campuses pan-India with an area of over 5 lakh square feet each. Smartworks launches solution for setting up Global Capability Centers

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd has launched a tailor-made solution to help foreign companies establish large Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. In a regulatory filing on Monday, Smartworks said it has launched 'SmartVantage', a purpose-built solution designed to accelerate the next phase of growth for GCCs in India. The Rs 583-crore initial public offer of Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd garnered 13.45 times subscription on the closing day of bidding on Monday. Ahead of July 10 listing, Smartworks reports ₹382 cr debt as of Apr-end

Smartworks Coworking Spaces, which plans to launch IPO on July 10, has said that the company's total debt stood at Rs 382 crore at the end of April. Gurugram-based Smartworks currently has 48 operational centres with over 1.9 lakh seating capacities. "Our total outstanding borrowings as on April 30, 2025, were Rs 3,819.67 million, on a consolidated basis," the company said in a Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) filed with SEBI. Smartworks will hit the capital market on July 10 to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The issue will close on July 14. The company has revised its IPO size downward.
