Cipla to consider special dividend for 75th anniversary

Cipla Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on August 25 to consider special interim dividend for the financial year 2010-2011 to commemorate 75th anniversary of the company.

Shares of the pharmaceutical major gained 2.27 per cent on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday. At 11.30am, the shares were trading at Rs 317.45, up Rs 7.05.
