Eighty-two per cent respondents to a survey acknowledged that consumers are increasingly expressing a preference for on-demand content, and they believed this trend would be more pronounced in the next three-five years. The respondents of the global survey, whose findings were announced by software and services provider Amdocs, included three Pay TV providers each from Asia Pacific and Caribbean and Latin America.
