State Bank of Mysore on Wednesday said its board has fixed Rs 540 a share price for its rights issue of 1.08 crore shares.
The ratio for the rights issue is set at 3:10, which means investors who apply for the issue will receive three shares for every 10 shares they held as on the record date, the lender said in a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The size of the rights issue is Rs 583.20 crore.
At 2:59 IST, State Bank of Mysore shares were trading up Rs 20.90, or Rs 1.57 per cent, at Rs 1,348 on the BSE. In the last two sessions, the stock has gained about 44 per cent.
