A two-day symposium in Advancing Chemical Sciences, is being organized at IGNOU Regional Centre here from August 31.
The Royal Society of Chemistry based in the UK is one of the oldest Chemical Societies in the world and it is sponsoring the two-day symposium in collaboration with IGNOU Regional Centre Nagpur, Institute of Science and Department of Chemistry, RTM Nagpur University,a release from IGNOU said on Monday.
Eminent experts from Premier Institutes of the country like IIT Mumbai, IIT Chennai, TIFR Mumbai, IISC Bangalore, NCL Pune, IISER Pune and Bhopal will deliver lectures on latest topics in Chemistry. The topics range from multi-dimensional NMR to Nano Chemistry to biomaterials, according to Dr P Ivaswaroop, Convener of the Symposium and Regional Direcotor.
