Nasdaq-listed business process management firm WNS has acquired HealthHelp to enhance its services in the healthcare segment.
The company will pay Rs 632 crore ($95 million) to buy Texas-based HealthHelp, which provides benefits management across specialty healthcare areas like radiology, cardiology, oncology, sleep Care, orthopedics, and pain management.
Nearly 88 per cent of the transaction amount for this deal was funded by a long-term debt, said a company spokesperson.
