Sensex up 439pts; Tata Motors zooms 13%

The Sensex opened with a positive gap of 421 points at 10,209. The index touched a high of 10,358, and is now up 439 points at 10,227.

Tata Motors has zoomed 13% to Rs 194. ICICI Bank and Reliance Infrastructure have soared over 8% each to Rs 433 and Rs 494, respectively.

Reliance Communications, Jaiprakash Associates, SBI and HDFC have surged around 7% each to Rs 236, Rs 77, Rs 1,187 and Rs 1,885, respectively.

DLF, Tata Steel and Bharti Airtel have gained around 5.5% each at Rs 235, Rs 224 and Rs 691, respectively.
