Bjorn Ulvaeus, former member of rock group ABBA, is afraid of constant pain and suffering and, therefore, wants euthanasia if he becomes too ill.
The 70-year-old star said that it was the thought of the endless pain and suffering that he was afraid of and this should not be necessary as he had seen this misery up close, the Mirror reported.
The Swedish songwriter continued that it was his life and he should have the choice of how to control it.
Ulvaeus added that he understood that this might be controversial, doctors want to lengthen lives, not end them.
