'Game of Thrones' star Kit Harington sick of being tagged as 'hunk'

Kit Harington has confessed that he's fed-up of being called "hotty", "heartthrob" and a "hunk."

In an interview with the New York Post, the 28-year old British star asserted that it was "demeaning" to be always "put on a pedestal as a hunk" and only be seen for one's physical beauty.

The 'Game of Thrones' actor added that it was not the reason why he got into the acting industry for.

He continued to say that he knew what it felt like when one was objectified as a sex object, and that it was not just men who could be inappropriate sexually but women too.

 

Harington said he didn't like that his art was put aside for his sex appeal.
