India attaches 'highest importance' to strategic partnership with Russia, says PM

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday conveyed to Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin that India attached the "highest importance" to the "strategic and privileged" partnership with Russia.
Prime Minister Modi said he looked forward to visit Russia in the near future for a productive and historic Annual Summit with President Putin.
The Prime Minister expressed confidence that his visit would raise bilateral relations between the two countries to a new level.
