IPS officer Sanjeev Bhatt terminated from service

IPS officer Sanjeev Bhatt on Wednesday was terminated from service.

"Finally removed from service today after serving 27 years in the Indian Police Service. Once again eligible for employment. :) Any takers?," Bhatt tweeted.

Bhatt shot to fame after he had filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court against Prime Minister Narendra Modi in connection with the 2002 Gujarat riots.
