Keith Richards was initially unimpressed with Justin Bieber during a chance encounter at a "tiny beach bar" on the luxurious Parrot Cay Island in the Turks And Caicos recently.
A source recalls that over New Year's the 20-year-old singer hit up a tiny beach bar on the luxe Parrot Cay island in Turks and Caicos, where there was an old guy throwing back drinks who said, "Who the f-k are you?" and in response, Bieber shot back, "I don't know, who the f-k are you?" Us Magazine reported.
The insider added that apparently satisfied with that answer, the older gent smiled and said, "You're a man. I respect that," then walked away, but it wasn't until a few minutes later, when another old guy and came over and told bieber, "Keith Richards wants to have a drink with you."
A witness said that the 'Boyfriend' singer then joined the Brit at a table and tried to bro down with him, to which Richards told the star, "Let's get one thing straight. You're a wannabe."
The insider added that, however, the two actually had a long talk, after which they "swapped numbers" so they could keep in touch and Bieber called it the best night ever.
