Protestors vandalised a local 'dhaba' on Madhya Pradesh's Mazi bypass against the release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus 'Padmaavat'.
The protestors destroyed the food counters, verbally harassed the workers of the food joint and thrashed its owners.
They also destroyed the entire seating area of the joint and threw plastic chairs towards those who tried to resist them.
Some of them even recorded the incident on their mobile phones.
A person sporting saffron clothes and a 'gamcha' was seen creating a ruckus at the joint.
The local police later came to the spot and brought the situation under control.
The protestors have been detained.
