Sean Combs recently received his honorary doctorate from Howard University.
Whilst receiving the doctorate, the Grammy Award winner said that he rushed through some of his great moments throughout his life and he had promised himself that if he ever reached this moment he would take his time, the Washington Post reported.
The 44-year-old music mogul asserted that it was good to be home and he was humbled to be in such great company.
Combs also known as Puff Daddy added that it was time to evolve.
Katherina Brown, a Howard graduate said that she knew there was a lot of drama because the rapper didn't graduate but Combs was funny and entertaining and kept a smile on their faces.
