Zac Efron slips and breaks jaw at home

Zac Efron has broken his jaw after he slipped in a puddle of water at his home, it has been revealed.

The 26-year-old actor, who has been in rehab twice this year for cocaine abuse, suffered a big wound which had to be closed with stiches, TMZ.com reported.

According to reports, Efron has been struggling to stay clean.
