Ashok Leyland introduces the Stile

Stile is the new product from that was first shown at the 2012 Expo. This vehicle is based on the Evalia platform and it will be rolled out from the same plant as that of the Evalia.

The Stile will have 7-8 seater people transport vehicle for urban conditions. The Stile on display at the 2012 Expo had Ashok Leyland's 1.5-litre engine, but now the company has switched over to the K9K engine that also powers the existing Evalia. The power of the Stile is 75bhp when compared to the 85 on the Evalia. The CNG variant and the diesel engine both will be available in two and third rows seating options.

calls the Stile as a multi-purpose vehicle to run it as hotel shuttles, taxi services, ambulances, panel vans, courier services, inter-city and intra-city travel.
