Aditya Birla Nuvo completes divestment of Aditya Birla Minacs

With effect from 09 May 2014

Aditya Birla Nuvo announced that ABNL IT & ITES, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, on receipt of requisite consents and approvals has today completed the divestment of IT & ITES business to a group of financial investors led by CX Partners and Capital Square Partners.

With this divestment, Adity Birla Minacs Worldwide and its eleven subsidiaries ceased to be subsidiaries of Aditya Birla Nuvo with effect from 09 May 2014.
