The Board of Alufluoride at its meeting held on 10 August 2019 has transacted the following -
The Company has signed a Non-Binding Heads of Agreement with Jordan Phosphate Mines Co. (IPMC), Jordan for setting up of a Green Field Aluminium Fluoride Project at Eshidiya, Jordan as a Joint Venture.
