On conversion of warrants
Arvind SmartSpaces has allotted 30,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- ach at a premium of Rs. 168/- per share on conversion of equivalent number of warrants on 02 June 2018. Consequently, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company is increased to Rs. 34,86,75,500/-comprising of 3,48,67,550 Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each; (b) shareholding of Promoter and Promoter Group has increased to 60.18% of expanded capital of the Company and (c) the Company has become the subsidiary of Aura Securities , one of our promoters.
