Biocon Biologics allots 1.97 cr equity shares to Beta Oryz
Biocon announced that the Board of Biocon Biologics (subsidiary of Biocon) has approved the allotment of 1,97,99,305 equity shares at face value of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 280.31 per share including a premium of Rs. 270.31 per share to the Investor i.e. Beta Oryz, a wholly owned subsidiary of ADQ against investment of Rs 555 crore.
