Goodluck India allots 15 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

The board of Goodluck India at its meeting held on 08 March 2021 has approved allotment of 15,00,000 Equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2 at each at an issue price of Rs. 65.00 each (including a premium of Rs. 63.00 per share), fully paid-up upon exercising the option available with warrant holders (person belonging to promoter category) to convert 15,00,000 warrants.
