Board of BF Utilities appoints CEO & CFO

At meeting held on 31 March 2015

BF Utilities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015, has appointed B. S. Mitkari, as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with effect from 31 March 2015. B. S. Mitkari will continue to be Company Secretary of the Company.

The Board has also appointed Sudhindra S. Joshi as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 31 March 2015.
