Cityon Systems (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 March 2015 appointed Kavita Awasthi as Additional Director (Independent) in compliance with the provisions of Listing Agreement and Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder.
