Bhilwara Spinners announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 February 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following :

- Sushila Kothari Co-opted as Additional Director (Promoter) w.e.f. 13 February 2015 and to hold office till the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
