Board of Eastcoast Steel announces change in directorate

At meeting held on 12 February 2015

Eastcoast Steel announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 12 February 2015, P.K.R.K. Menon has resigned as a director on the board of the Company with immediate effect.

Menon shall however continue to remain as the Company Secretary and Compliance Office of the Company.
