Board of Elgi Equipments announces appointment of director

Elgi Equipments announced that based on the recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors had appointed Dr. Madhavi Gopinath as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 25 September 2014 in the Board Meeting held on 25 September 2014.
