Board of Finolex Cables recommends final dividend

Of Rs 1.8 per share

Finolex Cables announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.8 per equity Share (i.e. 90%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
