Pantaloons Fashion & Retail appoints director

With effect from 11 May 2015

Pantaloons Fashion & Retail announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, vide a circular resolution passed on 12 May 2015, has appointed Arun Kumar Thiagarajan as an Additional Independent Director of the Company to hold office for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from 11 May 2015, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
