Mold-Tek Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 December 2016 approved the merger of two wholly owned subsidiaries RMM Global Inc. (surviving entity) and Crossroad Detailing Inc.Post merger, RMM Global shall be renamed Mold-Tek Technologies, Inc.
