Board of MTAR Technologies approves acquisition of Gee Pee Aerospace and Defence

At meeting held on 10 May 2022

The Board of MTAR Technologies at its meeting held on 10 May 2022 has approved the acquisition of Gee Pee Aerospace and Defence located at Plot no's 75 and 81, Phase-III, Pashamailaram Mandal, Patancheru Hyderabad Medak, Telangana - 502307 for Rs. 8.82 Crores as consideration subject to termsand conditions as per the Share Purchase Agreement.
