At meeting held on 28 May 2015

Page Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business:

1. Appointment of Additional Directors - Sandeep Kumar Maini & Vikram Gamanlal Shah as Independent Director with effect from 28 May 2015 to hold office until forthcoming Annual General Meeting;

2. Approval of Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders of the Company; and

3. Approval of the Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information.
