The Board of Thermax at its meeting held on 05 August 2021 has approved appointment of Janhavi Khele (Membership No.- ACS 20601) as the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Person (KMP) of the Company with effect from 01 September 2021 in place of Kedar P.
