Board of Visu International proposes to sell its subsidiary

At meeting held on 13 November 2014

Visu International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 November 2014, have proposed to sell its 100% Subsidiary namely VISU ACADEMY, and Board agreed to sell the above said subsidiary company subject to approval of the members, stake holders and other regulatory Bodies.
