VLS Finance announces change in directorate

With effect from 14 November 2014

VLS Finance announced that A. K. Puri has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 14 November 2014.

Furthermore. Dr. Sushma Mehrotra has been appointed as Director of the Company w.e.f. 14 November 2014 by the Board in the casual vacancy caused by resignation of M. P. Mehrotra.
