Board of Yash Management & Satellite appoints compliance officer

At meeting held on 30 October 2015

Yash Management & Satellite announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 October 2015, has appointed Chaitali Salgaonkar, a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India as a Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Hema Bose with effect from 30 October 2015.
