Borosil Renewables update on subsidiaries pursuant to scheme of amalgamation and arrangement

Borosil Renewables had four subsidiary companies namely Klass Pack, Borosil Technologies, Acalypha Realty and Borosil Afrasia FZE.

Pursuant to Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement entire investments of Borosil Glass Works (including investments in subsidiary companies) stood transferred to Borosil w.e.f. effective date of the Scheme i.e. 12 February, 2020.

As a result, all these subsidiary companies of our Company have become subsidiary companies of Borosil with effect from 12 February 2020.

It may be mentioned that as regards Borosil Afrasia FZE, Liquidation Report has been filedwith the Authorities in UAE.
