Confidence Finance & Trading will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 September 2014, to fix the date, time and venue for the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company and also fix the dates for closing of register of Members and Transfer Books, to consider appointment of Auditors and directors of the company, and to consider Audited Annual Accounts for the Year ended 31 March 2014.
