Ivee Injectaa to hold board meeting

Ivee Injectaa will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 2 September 2014, to consider and adopt the Balance Sheet of the Company as at 31 March 2014, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date, to fix date, time and venue for conducting Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended on 31 March 2014, and to propose appointment of Pradeep Gandhi as Auditors of the company.
