DCB Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 42,750 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on 01 December 2014, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 28,14,58,058 shares of Rs.10/- each.
