Goa Carbon announced that Pravin R. Satardekar has been appointed as Company Secretary - Key Managerial Personnel and also as a Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 7 January, 2018, in place of present Company Secretary, KMP and Compliance Officer, Purushottam S.
