Godrej Industries update on scheme of amalgamation
Godrej Industries announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Vora Soaps with the company has become effective post filing of e-Form INC-28 by the Company on 24 December 2018 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has sanctioned the scheme on 14 December 2018.
