Gujarat Hotels announces change in directorate

With effect from 19 January 2015

Gujarat Hotels announced that Chandrasekhar Subramoneyan, a non executive director on the board of the Company viz. Gujarat Hotels , vide his resignation letter dated 19 January 2015 relinquished his Directorship from the Board of Directors of the Company at the close of Business hours on the same day.

Further, the Board at its meeting held on 19 January 2015 appointed Devkanya Roy Choudhury, as a non executive woman director on the Board of the Company effective 19 January 2015.
